Spring Port University Opens Doors For Small Businesses

Port Houston held its semi-annual Port University workshop during the month of April. Port University, a four-week training course, is an outreach program designed to educate small businesses about procurement opportunities at the port. The workshops are presented in collaboration with the University of Houston Small Business Development Center.

SeaLand New Gulf Service Calls Port Houston

Port Houston Delivers Consistent Results and Growth in April

Year-to-date total tonnage for Port Houston through March is 9.7 million, reflecting a 2 percent increase compared to the same period last year. Results showed that bulk material and steel were the primary drivers for the growth.
